Counselling is a talk therapy that allows the clients to talk about their stress, problems and feelings with a trained counsellor in a confidential and dependable environment.

The counsellors will first listen to their problem in a non-judgemental manner, identify the problem and encourage them in taking positive steps to resolve these issues throughout guidance and supports. Different psychological models / techniques will be used by the counsellor in order to meet the clients' needs appropriately. This ensures that the clients will receive the most effective and suitable support from our service.
