Why Re:Life?
We have the widest range of psychiatrists, psychologists, counsellors and therapists available. Our Medical Director is none other than Prof. Dato' Dr. Andrew Mohanraj, who is widely-known in the mental health scene and is the pre-eminent advocate for mental health awareness and treatment in Malaysia. Our main goal is the treatment and recovery of our clients. Re:Life is also active in bringing awareness of the importance of mental health to the public via Selangor Mental Health Association (www.smha.org.my).
Is Re:Life (and it's partners) legal and fully licensed?
Yes, Re:Life and it's partners are fully licensed and approved by the Ministry of Health Malaysia and other relevant governmental authorities.
Is privacy and confidentiality assured?
Yes, Re:Life is fully committed to patient confidentiality and privacy. However, we do have Exclusive Services designed to cater for patients who request for exclusive out-of-clinic discreet treatments with our senior psychiatrist at a pre-determined location in Kuala Lumpur.
Why are there so few Google Reviews for Re:Life?
As we are adhering to strict privacy and confidentiality of the patients, we do not request for the patients to give us Google Reviews, unless it is done by the patients themselves.
Why should I pay for counselling sessions if there are free ones available?
Free counselling has it's place as an emergency helpline and as a "stopgap" but to obtain proper help and not temporary ones, only a mental health professional would be able to help you achieve that. Needless to say, the best professional help is never free.

We are aware of the popularity of our "public relations" cat Pepper Biscuit and had received requests to meet him. Unfortunately, Pepper doesn't come to office nowadays due to his hobby of destroying furniture and also it's a question of whether he is interested in meeting you. Rest assured, his owners will reward him with treats whenever he received an appointment request.
